Fadeke Ajao was educated at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ife and a member of the Nigerian Bar.
Fadeke advises numerous start-up companies in the construction and oil and gas sector on legal aspects of their commercial transactions. She also serves on numerous boards performing company secretarial and regulatory compliance functions on their behalf. In particular she serves as company secretary to various LPG offtaker companies and their constituent members. She has requisite experience in the preparation and execution of relevant company resolutions and maintaining statutory books.
She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK, Nigeria Branch (CIArb).
